Head Chef Sujay S. Mungikar appointed by Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport

Aurangabad: 3rd October 2024 – Sujay S. Mungikar has joined Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport as the new head chef. With over 17 years of varied culinary experience, Chef Sujay will be utilizing it at the recently opened resort.

He will be in charge of all culinary operations here, with an emphasis on menu innovation, quality control, and team building. By means of his dedication to cultivating a cooperative kitchen setting, he hopes to stimulate inventiveness within his staff in order to improve the whole eating experience for guests. His commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and providing outstanding customer service has brought him distinction in the business.

Throughout his career, he has occupied key positions at prestigious venues including Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi, where he effectively oversaw menu development and food production. He had positions as Sous Chef at the Hyatt Regency Pune and Taj Santacruz in addition to Chef de Cuisine at the Holiday Inn Cochin.
