The Indian International Textile Machinery Exhibitions Society (India ITME Society) continued the Global Textile Technology and Engineering Show (GTTES 2025) at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, with a high-energy Day 2 that focused on investment, innovation, and sustainability.
The day began with the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd Investment Summit at the B2B Pavilion. Led by senior representatives including Mr. Praveen Shukla and Ms. Diksha Purohit, the summit highlighted the state’s robust textile infrastructure, surplus power capacity, and new Industrial Development Policy 2024–2030. India ITME Society Chairman Mr. Ketan Sanghvi emphasized the summit’s role in aligning vision with opportunity, fostering innovation and policy development.
Key collaborations were forged through MOUs signed with industry leaders, including the Asian Arab Chamber of Commerce, to boost bilateral trade and cross-border investments.
Sustainability was spotlighted during “Threads of Transformation,” a joint session by Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, TISSER, and partners, focused on post-consumer textile recycling and preserving artisan crafts across India.
The day concluded with a Recycled & Upcycled Fashion Art Show, a vibrant showcase of sustainable fashion by artisans, merging culture with circular design solutions.
The B2B Pavilion remained the nucleus of business networking and idea exchange, affirming GTTES 2025 as a key global platform for textile technology advancement.
