Global textile machinery and needle specialist Groz-Beckert is set to present its comprehensive portfolio of innovations across knitting, weaving, nonwovens, and sewing at Techtextil, highlighting precision engineering, efficiency, and digital transformation.

In the warp knitting segment, Groz-Beckert will demonstrate its modular solutions designed to ensure optimal alignment of functions and tolerances across components. These systems deliver high precision, process reliability, and operational flexibility. Manufacturers benefit from reduced setup times, minimised machine downtime, and consistently high productivity, even in demanding fine-gauge applications.

Within the weaving segment, the company will showcase solutions tailored for high-performance technical textiles. A key focus will be on advanced reeds engineered for fabrics with extremely high mesh counts, supporting reliable production of both wire and synthetic materials. Complementary components such as healds and drop wires are optimised for diverse technical applications, ensuring durability and consistent fabric quality.

The nonwovens segment will feature innovations aimed at enhancing efficiency and process reliability. A newly developed needle reduces insertion and removal time, extends needle board lifespan, and minimises bending risks. The Groz-Beckert Needle Dispenser, part of the company’s digital ecosystem, enables automated needle board management and more efficient workflows. Additional highlights include the CB-barb felting needle, staple fibre needle punch line, and specialised mounting services, supported by laboratory testing such as fibre analysis.

In the sewing segment, Groz-Beckert introduces INH 2.0 (Ideal Needle Handling), an advanced digital quality management system offering end-to-end lifecycle tracking—from stock management to disposal. New modules such as INH@Stock, INH@Routine, and INH@API enhance automation, transparency, and compliance.

The company will also present its SANTM needle series, including SANTM 5.2 and 6 for heavy-duty applications, and SANTM 10 and 10 XS for delicate materials. The LitespeedTM needle, engineered for heat-intensive, high-speed sewing processes, further strengthens the portfolio. Digital tools like the “Needle Finder” and the “Groz-Beckert Sewing” video series provide practical, application-driven support to users.

A key highlight at the event will be the presentation of the Technology and Development Center (TEZ) through an interactive 360° virtual experience. The TEZ serves as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and solution development, combining digital interfaces with expert-driven, on-site engagement.
