Global fashion infrastructure platform PDS Ltd forms PDS Radius Brands

The Radius Group’s brand management and licencing company has been majority acquired by global infrastructure platform PDS Limited, creating PDS Radius Brands as a part of PDS Limited. By combining their collective expertise in building, expanding, and developing brands as well as cultivating successful collaborations, this new endeavour will further the PDS Group’s ambitions of becoming a market-leading worldwide platform for the supply chain infrastructure of the fashion industry.

Damian Hopkins, brand expert and founder of PDS Radius Brands, promises a best-in-class end-to-end brand management and development infrastructure. PDS Radius Brands offers supply chain solutions, new market entry, licencing, and marketing to brands and retailers with strong environmental, social, and ethical values, the company said in a media release. 

PDS Radius companies, based in London and employing the global offices of PDS Group, will provide global brand management services for companies and retailers in the fashion and home sectors, from design to delivery. Along with licencing and brand creation across all product categories for fashion and the home, PDS Radius Brands, a component of the PDS infrastructure, will also provide a worldwide ethical sourcing solution with integrity and sustainability at its core.

Following the recent announcement of PDS’ establishment of the Ted Baker Design Group (TDG) as a strategic relationship with Authentic Brands Group (ABG), the move illustrates PDS’s continued commitment and growth into brand development, expansion, and management. 

“PDS continues to strengthen its position in the branded apparel market with the formation of PDS Radius Brands, alongside the highly accomplished retail and fashion entrepreneur, Damian Hopkins,” stated Pallak Seth, vice chairman of PDS Limited. With our worldwide design and supply infrastructure and his reputation for launching, repositioning, and reinventing brands, we will be able to dominate the market.
