In a major industry development, Gartex Texprocess India has partnered with the Drycleaners and Launderers Association of India (DLAI) to debut the Textile Care Forum at its upcoming New Delhi edition, scheduled from 21–23 August 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan.

Organised by MEX Exhibitions Pvt Ltd and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd, this strategic partnership integrates DLAI as the Knowledge Partner, placing textile care and professional laundry at the forefront of India’s textile machinery and technology platform.

With India’s dry-cleaning services market projected to reach USD 2.09 billion by 2033 (IMARC), the move reflects growing demand for eco-friendly cleaning solutions, automation, lifecycle management, and circularity in garment care.

The Textile Care Forum, scheduled on 22nd August 2025, will convene launderers, dry cleaners, wet cleaning professionals, and textile maintenance experts for knowledge sharing, product showcases, and innovation dialogues.

Mr. Suresh D Bhatia, President, DLAI, emphasized:

“This partnership forms a complete circle of care — from textile creation to preservation — driving innovation and credibility for our industry.”

Mr. Raj Manek, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings, noted:

“Texcare’s global vision now aligns with India’s rising demand for organised, sustainable laundry solutions.”

Ms. Himani Gulati, MEX Exhibitions, added:

“This collaboration gives sharper focus to sustainability, hygiene, and technology in textile maintenance.”

The forum will highlight biodegradable chemicals, cleaning machinery innovations, and stain treatment technologies, while facilitating industry upskilling and future readiness.

Gartex Texprocess India 2025 aims to be a 360° hub covering textile manufacturing, fabrics, trims, denim, printing technologies, and now, textile care—strengthening India’s textile value chain.
