G-III & AWWG collaborate to expand fashion.

G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. announced a strategic partnership and investment in All We Wear Group for an ownership stake of approximately 12%. AWWG will now act as the Agent for DKNY, Donna Karan, and Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal. AWWG, based in Madrid and owned by M1 Group, LCatterton, and founder Carlos Ortega, is a premier platform for international brands and generates over $650 million in revenues across 86 countries. The partnership will help G-III expand its brands in Spain, Portugal, and India, with AWWG leveraging G-III’s operations in North America. AWWG will benefit from G-III’s expertise and presence in the market to expand their footprint in North America.

G-III announced a partnership with AWWG to enhance their strategic priorities and increase investment in iconic brands. This collaboration will also expand G-III’s international presence, particularly in Europe, and benefit from AWWG’s experienced leadership team. Both companies are enthusiastic about supporting each other’s growth and promoting the advancement of their brands, especially in North America.

Marcella Wartenbergh, CEO of AWWG, expressed pride in having G-III as a shareholder, citing their expertise in scaling brands. The partnership aims to boost the growth and expansion of DKNY, Donna Karan, and Karl Lagerfeld in Europe, while also enhancing brands like Hackett, Pepe Jeans, and Façonnable in North America. The collaboration reflects a shared vision for brand growth and product development, built on mutual trust. The agreement will leverage AWWG’s global brand platform and operational excellence with G-III’s investment and experience.
