The inaugural edition of Flexo Summit Asia, organised by ReEnvision Events Private Limited on November 26–27, 2025 at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC), concluded with an exceptional response from the industry. As India’s first knowledge-driven flexography summit, it marked an important milestone for the sector.

Over two days, the residential summit brought together 325 printers, converters, and brand owners, along with more than 55 international speakers. The event focused entirely on learning and future-ready innovation. Moreover, it moved away from the usual sales-driven approach, creating a refreshing atmosphere built on meaningful dialogue.

Reflecting on the strong reception, Anil Arora, Director, ReEnvision Events Private Limited, said:
“Flexo Summit Asia was envisioned as a knowledge-driven platform. The response confirms the industry’s need for such a space. What truly stood out was the quality of dialogue, openness, and eagerness to learn.”

Possibilities, Profitability, People: Charting Flexo’s Future

The summit theme – Possibilities, Profitability, People – guided two days of focused discussions. It opened with a high-impact keynote, followed by sessions on The Flexo Economy and Creating a Flexo Business Mindset. As a result, the agenda set a strong foundation for insight-rich conversations.

A key highlight was a session led by Sante Conselvan, President of FTA–Global Alliance and CEO of GAMA Group (Italy). He shared a clear and practical view of what it takes to build a thriving flexo organisation. His insights on leadership, discipline, and long-term industry vision resonated strongly with the audience.

Panels That Shifted Perspectives: ECG and FOG

Day One featured two engaging panel discussions.

The first, “ECG – The Flexo Heartbeat”, was led by Dr. Kai Lankinen of Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland. He explained how Extended Colour Gamut technology can improve consistency, enhance productivity, and reduce waste. Additionally, a panel comprising Steve Smith (Miraclon, Belgium), Chatura Jayatissa (ALFT Packaging, Sri Lanka), and Jai Chandra (VeePee Graphics Solutions) provided diverse, on-ground perspectives.

The second panel, “Clearing the FOG (Flexo, Offset & Gravure)”, examined how printing technologies coexist and increasingly converge in today’s hybrid production landscape.

The day ended with an inspiring address by Suresh Gupta, former Chairman of Huhtamaki India Ltd. and Chairman – IFCA. He shared his journey from management trainee to leading a business worth over ₹2,000 crores. He also praised the summit for its honest, pressure-free environment:

“This was not a selling platform, but a thinking platform. With free-flowing knowledge and no commercial pressure, real growth becomes possible.”

Breakout Tracks That Advanced Industry Learning

Day Two offered four focused breakout tracks: Flexible Packaging, Labels, Corrugated Packaging, and Future of Pack. The “Future of Pack” session stood out for its direct and transparent exchange between converters and brand owners.

Flexo Summit Asia also shifted the industry dynamic by actively elevating brand owner voices. With more than 30 of them participating, the discussions became more balanced, practical, and solution-oriented. Each track encouraged deeper technical understanding and meaningful cross-segment collaboration.

Next Edition Announced: Bengaluru 2026
