In less than two weeks, FESPA’s flagship event, the Global Print Expo 2025, along with European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience, will open at Messe Berlin from 6–9 May 2025. Together, these events will unite international print service providers, signage professionals, and innovators for four days of fresh hardware and software showcases, insightful talks, and networking.
More than 565 exhibitors, including major players like Brother, Durst, HP, Epson, Canon, and Fujifilm, will fill eight halls with over 100 new product launches spanning print, signage, and personalisation technologies.
Personalisation Experience will introduce the SmartHub Conference (Hall 5.2, Stand A55) with three days of free, English-language sessions on personalisation trends, smart production, and AI-driven solutions. Visitors can also explore the new Smart Factory Trail, highlighting cutting-edge personalisation and intelligent manufacturing innovations.
In European Sign Expo, a fresh addition is the European Sign Expo Pavilion (Hall 3.2), a vibrant “High Street” style space showcasing emerging signage innovations, featuring brands like GE Current, Fast Digital Publicité, and VTG Sign.
Visitors can experience exciting highlights including the return of World Wrap Masters — featuring thrilling live wrap competitions and demos — and the FESPA Awards 2025 exhibition, celebrating excellence across 18 print categories.
