Fashion Tech Week 2024 in Dhaka aims to leverage technology to drive the apparel trade.

Apparel Resources, publisher of Apparel Online Bangladesh magazine, has announced Fashion Tech Week 2024 in Dhaka, showcasing the latest innovations in apparel manufacturing and retail, reflecting industry evolution.

The theme of FTW ’24 Is focused on exploring, Learning, Collaborating, and Network, with a two-day event exploring the future of fashion technology. The event will feature 40 sponsors and partners, 3 networking sessions, 50 industry speakers, 25 sessions and workshops, and 2,000 C-level delegates. Mayank Mohindra, Director of Apparel Resources, highlights the importance of embracing technological advancements in the RMG industry of Bangladesh to enhance competitiveness

The future of fashion retailers, brands, and manufacturers lies in integrating innovation and speed throughout the supply chain using technology, according to a speaker. By utilizing AI, data analytics, and social platforms to identify trends and consumer preferences, as well as incorporating AR/VR/3D rendering solutions for design visualization, companies can enhance collaboration and accelerate decision-making and production.

Tech leaders from global companies like CLO Virtual Fashion, Pakiza Software Ltd., and Tukatech will showcase their latest technology solutions at FTW Dhaka. These innovations cater to the RMG and apparel retail industry, aiming to enhance business efficiency and performance. Attendees can expect live demonstrations of cutting-edge solutions at the event.

FTW Dhaka 2024 will feature renowned speakers from various industries including Syed Naved Husain, Sharif Zahir, Neela Hosna Ara, Engr. Shafiqur Rahman, Shehryar Burney, Rehan Rahman, Corinne Dogra, Harsh Kumar, Anas Shakil, and Md. Jawed Akhter. These experts represent companies like BEXIMCO Group, Ananta Group, Crony Group, HAMS Group, Yellow, Being Human Bangladesh, ORYX Ltd, CLO Virtual Fashion, and Jaza Software.

The ’40 Under 40′ awards will be launched at FTW Dhaka, celebrating young leaders in the RMG industry of Bangladesh.
