In a private wedding on Friday, Masaba Gupta, a well-known fashion designer and the daughter of Neena Gupta, wed actor Satyadeep Misra. On her social media page, Masaba shared the news of her marriage to Satyadeep. The fashion designer posted images from her small wedding, which also featured her mother Neena Gupta, on Instagram.
In the caption of her Instagram image, Masaba Gupta said, “Married my ocean of tranquilly this morning.” Here’s to many more ages of love, harmony, stability, and, most importantly, joy. And I appreciate you letting me pick the caption; this is going to be great!
As soon as Masaba announced her engagement, congratulations flooded her post’s comments section. One of the first people to congratulate the newlyweds was Ayushmann Khurrana.
Masaba is entering into her second marriage. The fashion designer and the producer Madhu Mantena were wed from 2015 until 2019.
Masaba explained her decision to have a private ceremony to Vogue in an exclusive interview. “We were married in a simple court ceremony. It was intended to be a small gathering with only our immediate relatives. Since we won’t be celebrating in a major fashion in the future, we felt that keeping it small and private was the correct thing to do.”
Masaba further mentioned that “there would be a gathering with close family and friends of roughly 80-85 people who they had a profound relationship with Satyadeep and her” would take place.
Masaba added that she and her husband Satyadeep Misra were concerned about money wasting. They are extremely private people that favour spending special occasions with their loved ones. The designer told Vogue, “They’ve both been there before, and they realised that stressing yourself out on such a big day doesn’t make sense.”
