End. Clothing Taps Lea Cranfield as Chief Buying and Merchandising Officer

As of May 1, 2023, Lea Canfield will serve as Chief Buying & Merchandising Officer for luxury treetwear and sportswear store END. She previously held this position for Net-A-Porter, Mr. Porter, and The Out net.Cranfield will be in charge of overseeing the purchasing and merchandising operations as well as driving END.’s product strategy. 

She will become a member of the senior management team and work closely with CEO Parker Gunderson. She spent more than ten years working for Yoox Net-A-Porter Group (YNAP), beginning as the Merchandising Manager for Mr Porter when it debuted in February 2011. 

Before taking on the post of Chief Buying & Merchandising Officer, she had a number of previous positions. In this role, she oversaw a staff of over 270 individuals while planning and purchasing all brands for the three YNAP websites.

Cranfield had significant leadership positions before to joining YNAP at various upscale physical and online stores, including Matches Fashion, where she served as Commercial Director, Liberty, and Dover Street Market.Lea joining the END.
