EFI Reggiani, through its subsidiary Reggiani Macchine S.p.A., has signed a multi-year licensing and manufacturing agreement with Danitech Engineering and Solutions Srl and Suzhou Danitech Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd. covering the Mezzera and Jaeggli textile finishing machinery portfolio.
Under the agreement, the Danitech Group receives global rights to manufacture, market, sell, install and service the complete Mezzera product range. The portfolio includes textile washing and bleaching lines, singeing machines, jiggers and Jaeggli yarn mercerising lines.
EFI Reggiani will continue to provide after-sales service and spare parts support for the existing installed base, while Danitech will manage the complete lifecycle support for all “Mezzera by Danitech” machines through a dedicated long-term original spare parts supply chain.
The partnership aims to preserve Mezzera’s long-standing reputation for quality while expanding its market reach, particularly in high-growth regions such as Asia. By combining both companies’ global sales networks and engineering expertise, the agreement is expected to strengthen competitiveness and customer value.

Danilo Cagnazzi, General Manager, Danitech Engineering and Solutions Srl, said the collaboration expands Danitech’s position in integrated textile finishing solutions by combining its manufacturing capabilities with Mezzera’s heritage to deliver high-performance and environmentally responsible technologies.
Yin Jie, CEO, Suzhou Danitech Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd., added that the agreement strengthens the company’s ability to serve the Greater China market through local manufacturing, installation and faster after-sales support while maintaining Mezzera’s premium quality standards.
