Dyson, a global technology and haircare company, has appointed Indian rapper Badshah as the new ambassador for its Dyson OnTracTM headphones in India. In his new job, Badshah will help market Dyson’s first high-fidelity, audio-only headphones, which will be released on September 23. This festive season, the multinational company also intends to offer new haircare products in India.
“Dyson has huge ambitions to disrupt both the audio category and industry, as evidenced by the Dyson OnTracTM headphones, unveiled earlier this year,” Dyson India’s managing director Ankit Jain stated in a press release. “These headphones provide remarkable sound quality thanks to a high-performance design based on more than 30 years of aero-acoustic research. We are excited to announce Badshah as our first ambassador for Dyson OnTracTM headphones as we celebrate their introduction in India. Badshah is an industry star who is well-known throughout the country for his distinctive blend of music, high fashion, and love for high-performance technology. “We are happy to welcome Badshah to the Dyson family.
Dyson has made its OnTracTM headphones accessible in certain Dyson Demo stores starting September 12, ahead of its pan-India launch. Customers can also pre-register to buy the device from Dyson’s India e-commerce store. During the hectic festive season, the company aims to offer additional haircare items, including the Dyson Airwrap i.d.TM Multi-Styler and Dryer and the Dyson Supersonic NuralTM hair dryer.
