Duroflex Launches Experience Store in Bengaluru Indiranagar

Duroflex has launched its newly reimagined experience store in Indiranagar, marking the beginning of a larger pan-India retail transformation strategy focused on immersive and experience-led formats.

Built around the brand’s philosophy of ‘Designed to De-Stress’, the new store introduces a next-generation retail concept that shifts the focus from transactional mattress purchases to a holistic approach centred on sleep, wellness, and recovery. The space also reflects Duroflex’s refreshed visual identity, defined by calm aesthetics and contemporary design.

Designed as an immersive destination, the store encourages consumers to engage more deeply with their sleep needs. Moving beyond conventional retail layouts, it offers a guided and intuitive journey where customers can explore products through assisted comfort trials, personalised recommendations, and expert consultation.

A key highlight of the store is the Decode Studio, an in-store innovation that simplifies product discovery. By helping assess pressure points and individual body requirements, it enables customers to experience products in a private and comfortable setting, making the selection process more informed and tailored.

The experience is further enhanced by the introduction of advanced solutions such as Airboost technology, reinforcing the brand’s positioning as a science-led and consumer-first sleep solutions provider. The store’s layout, visual elements, and spatial design collectively create a calming environment that prioritises thoughtful engagement over quick purchase decisions.
