Duggal Visual Solutions Brings North America’s First EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus to Its New York Facility
Duggal Visual Solutions has announced the installation of North America’s first EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus in an eight-colour configuration at its production facility in New York. Developed by EFI, the advanced textile printing system represents a significant investment in next-generation print technology, combining high-volume production capabilities with improved sustainability and image quality.
The installation strengthens Duggal’s commitment to innovation, premium print standards and environmentally responsible manufacturing. Designed for industrial-scale textile printing, the EFI Reggiani NEXT Plus enables faster production while supporting customers’ increasing demand for shorter turnaround times and more sustainable manufacturing practices.
Among its key features is improved energy efficiency, helping reduce overall power consumption during production. The system also incorporates advanced imaging technology with an industry-leading four-picolitre drop size, delivering greater image sharpness and finer detail. An eight-colour configuration, including light magenta and light black inks, expands the printer’s colour gamut, allowing for more accurate colour matching, smoother gradients and enhanced reproduction of vibrant shades and pastel tones.
Commenting on the installation, Michael Duggal, Chief Executive Officer of Duggal Visual Solutions, said the new system will enable the company to offer enhanced dye sublimation printing through improved colour capabilities and higher resolution while also lowering its environmental impact.
