Dubai recently played host to the fifth Dubai Jewelry Fashion Week Autumn 2024 at The Agenda Dubai, a spectacle of high jewellery and haute couture. The event drew a prestigious crowd, including dignitaries like H.H. Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Juma Al Maktoum and H.E. Yaqoob Al Ali, alongside industry titans, celebrities, and social media influencers. Over 1,500 guests immersed themselves in an evening showcasing the artistry of 21 leading jewellery houses and a curated selection of couture designers.
The event commenced with a glamorous red carpet entrance, reminiscent of Hollywood premieres, with attendees adhering to a striking red, black, and white colour palette. The resulting photo frenzy generated significant buzz across various social media platforms. Inside, the runway became a stage for premier jewellers to unveil their latest creations, each piece a testament to exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design. A standout piece was a remarkable creation by Persiana Dulo by Renodia, featuring a 25-carat Fancy Vivid Blue Moval diamond, complemented by an 8-carat Vivid Yellow Round diamond and 53 carats of D White Round diamonds.
The event showcased a diverse range of jewelry brands, including Iram Jewelry (opening the show with a collaboration with Soha Murad), LRS Diamonds, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Monte Carlo Diamonds, Mozafarian Jewellers, Zamani, Moiseau, Jinagna House of Diamonds, Amaraa Jewelry, Diamonds by Pelvi, 1972 by Niharika, Scintilla Monaco, Jasabi Diamondnetwork, Caspian Jewelry, Renodia, Feroc Luxury, Saberian, Guendalina Fil Royal Gemstones and Jewelry, Richness N Simplicity, Saint Honore Paris, and Sapphires. These dazzling displays were paired with couture collections from designers such as Marjan Kalhor Couture (the event’s exclusive fashion partner), Rosa Addabbo Couture, The Gem, Soha Murad, Lepremier Miami Signature, Danjana, Ranier, Diani, Riselda Sejdiu Couture, AMR Couture, La Heera, El Ange Haute Couture, and Svetlana Anokhina, who presented a children’s collection as the show’s finale.
A captivating dance performance by Lea Herland further enhanced the evening, embodying the event’s central theme of beauty and innovation. Backstage, a Hollywood-inspired setting fostered an atmosphere of creativity and luxury. The event, directed by Thomas Platforms, was executed with precision, leaving a memorable impression on all who attended.
