The wealthy New Delhi suburb of Noida is becoming a popular destination for high-end labels from around the world, and two French luxury brands, Chanel and Dior, are getting ready to build their outlets there.

Chanel has a pop-up shop at DLF’s Mall of India in Noida right now, but a senior mall executive said that the French luxury brand will soon move into a 700-square-foot permanent location on the mall’s ground floor.

The senior executive director and business head of DLF Retail, the retail center division of New Delhi-based real estate company DLF Ltd., Pushpa Bector, stated, “The Chanel pop-up is already operational, and they will open their brick-and-mortar store in the Mall of India in the next three months.” According to Bector, discussions on Dior, another French luxury brand, opening a store in the Noida mall are also ongoing.

Additionally, Chanel runs two boutiques in Chanakya and Promenade, two other DLF locations. From its stores, the premium company provides pricey items such as jewelry, watches, eyewear, beauty products, and apparel.

Chanel has increased its footprint in India recently. In January, the upscale company opened its newest beauty and fragrance store in Phoenix Palladium Mall. Two of New Delhi’s most well-known malls, Select Citywalk Mall in Saket and DLF Promenade Mall in Vasant Kunj, are home to Chanel fragrance and cosmetics outlets.
