Jeanologia will be a part of the next Denim PV Milan edition, which takes place in the heart of Italian fashion from June 5–6. At this momentous occasion, the Spanish company, a global pioneer in sustainable textile technology, will unveil ATMOS, an atmospheric washing procedure that is revolutionary. ATMOS promises to radically revolutionize the denim industry by offering a sustainable alternative to traditional stone washing.

Traditional stone washing calls for the use of additional detergents and chemicals in addition to 80–100 litres of water for every 200 kg of clothing during the washing, wearing, rinsing, and cleaning stages in order to remove pumice stone residues from clothing.

These qualities make it possible to score highly on the EIM evaluation scale. Leading companies and retailers worldwide have embraced Jeanologia’s environmental impact measuring software in the textile garment production process. Ensuring conformity with worldwide sustainability standards across the manufacturing chain, denim garments aged through G2 Ozone & INDRA achieve a “green EIM score” by categorizing procedures based on water, energy, chemical usage, and worker health.
