Crocs announces record quarterly sales of more than $1 billion.

Crocs Inc., a business that makes shoes, reported on Thursday that second-quarter revenues had increased by 11.2% to $1.072 billion, thanks to double-digit sales growth across all brands.

The Crocs brand’s eponymous company’s sales rose 13.8% to $833 million, according to the Broomfield, Ohio-based business.

Revenues by region climbed 12.2% to $474.6 million in North America and 33.2% to $198.3 million in Asia Pacific. However, revenues in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America decreased to $160.1 million, a negligible 0.2% reduction.

Additionally, HeyDude brand revenues climbed by 3% to $239.4 million during the quarter. To $90.6 million, DTC revenues climbed by 29.7%. Following pipeline fill in the same time last year, wholesale revenues fell by 8.4% to $148.8 million.

In total, operating income rose 28.4% to $318.5 million. In comparison to the same quarter last year, when diluted earnings per share were $2.58, they climbed 31.4% to $3.39.

In the third quarter of 2023, Crocs projects revenue growth of between 3% and 5% over the third quarter of 2022, translating to earnings of roughly $1,013 million to $1,034 million at the current exchange rate.

The business anticipates revenue growth for the entire 2023 fiscal year to range between 12.5 and 14.5 percent, with Crocs brand revenue rising by 12 to 13 percent and HeyDude revenue rising by 14 to 18 percent.
