Crocs and Apparel Group India collaborate to grow in North and East India.

Apparel Group India Private Limited and footwear company Crocs have teamed up to extend Crocs’ retail network in North and East India. The region’s official retailer licensee for Crocs is Apparel Group.
Apparel Group India Private Limited posted on LinkedIn, saying, “We are thrilled to announce Apparel Group’s partnership with Crocs’ to revolutionize the outdoor retail experience in [the] North and East India region.”


 

Additionally, Crocs has teamed up with Metro Brands, a shoe company that runs Crocs outlets in India’s west and south. Crocs is aiming to expand its customer base and enter new markets in India through a partnership with Apparel Group India.

Apparel Group India’s president, Tushar Ved, stated in a news release, “Our focus is to build on the success we have together achieved in the GCC [Gulf Cooperation Council] region and extend it to new markets in North and East India.” “We are thrilled to broaden our customer base and provide a greater selection of premium products with the launch of Crocs’ renowned footwear brand into our Indian portfolio.”

According to its LinkedIn page, Apparel Group India retails a variety of foreign brands in the Indian market, such as Charles & Keith, Aldo, and Victoria’s Secret. Most of the 2,200 retail locations are in shopping malls and on busy streets.
