Cos has revealed intentions to return to Fresh York Fashion Week with a fresh catwalk presentation in September.
Cos, the top-ranked label within the H&M group, will present its Autumn/Winter 2024 collection as well as its Atelier line in New York.
The catwalk display is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for the London-based label to demonstrate its support for the realms of fashion, art, music, and design, according to a press statement.
“New York is a vibrant city with a lot of character! It’s an inspiring environment full of intriguing creatives. It’s a pleasure to return for the third year in a row and showcase our collections on the catwalk in a great new setting,” said Karin Gustafsson, Cos’ design director.
The label’s debut NYFW show dates back to September 2022, when Cos was first accepted on the official listing of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), fashion’s governing body in the United States. “The CFDA is delighted to welcome Cos back to NYFW. The label’s global presence contributes to the global reach of Fashion Week, and its willingness to return to New York City every year is a testament to our city’s international appeal in terms of creativity and business,” added CFDA CEO Steven Kolb.
Cos’ runway show will take place on September 10 at 13:00 EDT (or 19:00 CET) and will be broadcast live on the Cos website. The next edition of the New York runway season will run from Friday, September 6, to Wednesday, September 11.
