Aquiline incorporates Tex2Tex fibres, which convert textile waste into a premium filler material. This approach helps reduce landfill impact while contributing to circular material use within fashion manufacturing.
Coats Pyroflex
Coats Pyroflex is a premium hot-melt reinforcement material developed for contemporary handbag production.
The material offers strong tear resistance, dimensional stability, minimal stretch and low weight, making it suitable for demanding applications where structural integrity and durability are essential.
Coats RX V 5000
Coats RX V 5000 is an environmentally conscious thermo-adhesive reinforcement solution made using GRS-certified recycled wood and polymer components.
The material delivers structural stability and long-term shape retention while supporting efforts to reduce the carbon footprint associated with luxury handbag production.
Coats Ultrasoft
Coats Ultrasoft is a high-density non-woven material engineered for handbag components that require exceptional softness alongside structural resilience.
Designed to rival the feel of microfibre, Ultrasoft offers enhanced elasticity and durability, helping flexible elements maintain their shape without permanent creasing or marks.
