Cinte Techtextil China 2026 is set to welcome a diverse line-up of nonwovens exhibitors from across the Asia-Pacific region, reflecting the continued expansion of the technical textiles and nonwovens industries. Scheduled to take place from 1 to 3 September 2026, the exhibition will spotlight innovations for protective, industrial and other high-growth applications while introducing a new Association Village to strengthen industry collaboration.
The exhibition comes at a time of rising global demand for technical textiles. The Protech market is forecast to reach USD 7.4 billion by 2032, driven by increasing workplace safety requirements, while the Indutech segment is projected to grow to USD 30.1 billion by 2033. Asia-Pacific continues to play a significant role in this expansion, supported by its robust manufacturing ecosystem, infrastructure development and rapid industrialisation.
Reflecting this momentum, exhibitors from China, India, Japan and other regional markets will present a wide range of advanced nonwoven technologies.
Among the new exhibitors is Texbond Nonwovens (India), which will showcase customisable polypropylene spunbond, SMS and multilayer nonwoven fabrics designed for medical, hygiene, automotive, construction and industrial protection applications. The company holds certifications including GRS, ISO 9001 and FDA registration.
From China, Dawnsens New Materials (Xiamen) will present its Dawnsens® flashspun nonwoven materials, developed for demanding applications such as medical packaging, waterproof construction materials and protective apparel.
Japan-based IMAE Industries will display high-temperature insulation products, including nonwoven mats, textiles, ropes and engineering ceramics for industries such as automotive, electronics, steel, shipbuilding and energy. Another Japanese participant, Nippon Paper Industries, will introduce Cu-TOP, a copper-infregnated wood pulp material offering antibacterial and odour-control properties suitable for healthcare, interior and lifestyle products.
A key addition to this year’s event is the Association Village, created to encourage networking between exhibitors, visitors and industry organisations. Participating associations include the Nonwoven Federation of India (NWFI), the UK Fashion and Textile Association, and the Asia International Hemp Federation (AIHF).
The AIHF will also host a dedicated roundtable discussion exploring hemp-based innovations for automotive, construction, marine, sports and consumer applications. Products on display will include hemp-derived furniture components, motorcycle composites, bioplastics and woven textiles.
The exhibition’s fringe programme will feature the China International Nonwovens Conference (CINC) under the theme ‘Redefine the Growth Paradigm’, offering insights into global market developments, industry trends and China’s 15th Five-Year Plan.
Visitors will also have access to the Mobiltech Display Area, highlighting lightweight automotive textile materials, airbags, hot-melt adhesives and interior solutions for the fast-growing new energy vehicle sector. Additional activities include the Deeyeo Wet Wipes Industry Chain High-End Dialogue, a showcase dedicated to technical textiles within China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, and expert-led guided tours covering Mobiltech, Medtech & Protech, Sustainability, and tents and coverings.
Covering 12 application areas, Cinte Techtextil China 2026 will bring together the complete technical textiles and nonwovens supply chain, from raw materials and machinery to chemicals, finished fabrics and advanced textile solutions, providing a comprehensive business platform for the global industry.
