Celebrate ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ with New Disney Products!

In celebration of the December 20th theatrical release, Disney Consumer Products India is bringing the world of Mufasa: The Lion King to life with amazing merchandise. These releases, which provide themed items to brighten your new year, encompass fashion, accessories, home, toys, and food and are in partnership with top consumer companies in India, such as CaratLane, Country Delight, Lifestyle, Superdry, and The Souled Store.

Disney The Lion King, a timeless masterpiece that transported Indian families on an incredible journey across the Pride Lands, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. With the premiere of the movie, a new generation of viewers is expected to embrace the path of self-discovery, friendship, and family.

“We have partnered with some amazing brands in India to bring home the magic of this beloved franchise as fans follow Mufasa on his journey to search for his destiny,” stated Priya Nijhara, Director, Disney Consumer Products, India. Fans will have the opportunity to re-connect with the beloved characters and settings that have moved people for centuries thanks to the extensive selection of merchandise laced with classic Disney storytelling.

Here’s some of the new ‘The Lion King-inspired merchandise’ to look out for:

A vast 30-piece collection of wearable art with sophisticated yet whimsical patterns was introduced by CaratLane. Each design honors cherished characters and the magnificent Pride Lands while creatively capturing the essence of Disney The Lion King. It is crafted from 14KT gold, enamel, and diamonds.

For babies and toddler boys, clothing shop Lifestyle debuted a cute Lion King-inspired collection that included interactive t-shirts and printed joggers with Mufasa designs and the well-known pairs of Simba and Nala, as well as the playful Timon and Pumbaa.

Superdry unveiled a capsule collection that captures the strong qualities and catchphrases of Mufasa. The collection, which combines Disney’s storytelling with the brand’s distinctive design, consists of pull-over hoodies, crew neck sweatshirts, and oversized t-shirts.
