Camilla, the Australian designer, is opening a fancy new store called the ‘Hotel of Curiosity’ at Short Hills Mall in New Jersey on February 15. It’s their fourth store in the U.S. When you walk in, you’ll see beautiful mosaic floors and get to choose between hanging out at a champagne bar with comfy Camilla chairs or checking out a cool area with a vintage train covered in pictures from the founder’s travels.
The store is all about Camilla’s special hand-drawn prints, created by skilled artists. They’ve got men’s and women’s clothes displayed on the floor with animal details in the wood. Plus, there are columns showing off Camilla’s prints on accessories, shoes, sunglasses, and home stuff.
Camilla, the founder, wants everyone to have a fancy experience, whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular customer. The new store in New Jersey is part of Camilla’s plan to grow in the next five years, especially with ready-to-wear fashion. Last year, they got some support from Andrew and Nicola Forrest’s investment group Tattarang to help them expand internationally. It’s exciting times for Camilla and her stylish creations!
