C.P. Company, the iconic Italian sportswear and outerwear brand, has announced a significant shift in its creative direction with the appointment of Leonardo Fasolo as its new design director. Fasolo takes the helm this month, succeeding the long-standing duo of Paul Harvey and Alessandro Pungetti, who have guided the brand’s creative vision since 2012.

This transition marks a generational evolution for the brand, originally conceived by the legendary Massimo Osti. Lorenzo Osti, son of the founder and current president of C.P. Company, expressed confidence in Fasolo’s ability to lead the brand into its next chapter. He emphasized Fasolo’s deep understanding of the “Massimo Osti method” and his proven track record within the technical apparel sector.

Fasolo brings over two decades of experience to C.P. Company, culminating in the launch of his own successful brand, Nemen, in 2012. The brand’s focus remains on growth, particularly through direct channels, and maintaining market relevance. Fasolo’s influence will extend across the brand, contributing to a broader vision for its future.

While he contributed to the Fall 2025 collection, which recently debuted at Milan Men’s Fashion Week, the Spring 2026 collection will be the first entirely under Fasolo’s creative direction, set to be unveiled next June.

Fasolo acknowledged the legacy he inherited, highlighting C.P. Company’s position as a pinnacle of Italian sportswear and its global influence on contemporary brands. He expressed his commitment to honouring Massimo Osti’s legacy and collaborating with the team to drive innovation and further the brand’s storied history.

Under Harvey and Pungetti’s leadership, C.P. Company experienced substantial growth, increasing revenues significantly. Pungetti will remain with the company as a consultant to the research and development team.

C.P. Company, known for its pioneering garment-dyeing techniques and iconic designs like the “goggle jacket,” is currently owned by Hong Kong-based Tristate Holdings Ltd. The brand continues to shape the landscape of technical sportswear, appealing to a global audience with its blend of innovation and heritage.
