The Fashion Design Council of India is the driving force behind the 16th Blenders Pride Glassware Fashion Tour, which has reimagined its 16-year legacy to bring a more avant-garde edition this year.

The Fashion Tour enters the Metaverse in its cutting-edge new avatar, making an industry-first effort to establish a groundbreaking fusion of fashion and technology.

The Fashion Tour has introduced “Blenders Pride Glassware Fashion Tour Park” in Decentraland, a global web3 platform, as a first mover in the Metaverse in India. Here, only well-known global businesses have produced an immersive metaverse experience for their customers. Users can engage in a variety of entertaining activities over the course of the trip at the Fashion Tour Park’s several interactive, gamified, and showcase areas.

Users can begin at the Lounge, which has a wealth of information about Blenders Pride Glassware Fashion Park, and where the POAPBooth is located where they can get a free “Proof of Attendance NFT.” Then users can go to The Ramp, where they can pose, walk the catwalk as the show-stopper, or watch live streams of the opulent fashion shows from the Fashion Tour itself.

Then, customers can try on and purchase one-of-a-kind wearable NFTs by renowned tour designers Shantnu and Nikhil, Amit Aggarwal, Falguni Shane Peacock, and Kunal Rawal at the Designer & Trial Zone. Users can also take a selfie at various and distinctive Selfie Spots throughout the Fashion Tour Park and post it to social media with the hashtags #BlendersPrideGlasswareFashionTour #MadeOfPride #MyLifeMyPride for a chance to win exclusive tickets to the tour’s top concerts.

The Metaverse Treasure Hunt is another entertaining activity that requires participants to gather information from various locations throughout the Fashion Tour Park arena in order to be eligible to win prizes like an iPhone 13, fashionable Bluetooth earphones worth Rs 15,800, or online shopping vouchers worth Rs 5,000. On December 1st, 2022, The Hunt starts.

However, the most thrilling event is India’s first fashion show that will be held exclusively in the metaverse on December 10, 2022 at Fashion Tour Park. This metaverse fashion show will feature attire from the “This is not a T-shirt” project’s “Style Gallery” exhibit of the Fashion Tour. The 60 designers and locally produced fashion labels who created these one-of-a-kind T-shirt ensembles have decorated or even deconstructed the plain T-shirt to create a design that celebrates their genuine interpretation of the four themes of the Fashion Tour.

The “Step into the Metaverse” experience zone, which extends various aspects from the Fashion Tour Park metaverse platform, will be available to guests attending the exclusive Fashion Tour shows in the 4 city editions. Visitors can interact with a Smart Mirror to try on one-of-a-kind wearable NFTs created by the Fashion Tour designers, take selfies while wearing the outfits, and even purchase these unique wearable NFTs to own the clothes – an amazing new experience for the fashion & lifestyle elite.
