Bharti Real Estate has unveiled World St., a curated culinary and social destination at Worldmark Aerocity. Positioned as “The Social Spine of Worldmark,” the development aims to redefine urban lifestyle experiences by integrating food, leisure, and culture within a walkable environment.

A New Lifestyle Destination in the Capital

Located in New Delhi, World St. spans approximately 2,60,000 sq. ft. across Worldmark 4, 5, and 6, forming a half-kilometre-long pedestrian promenade.

The space is designed to offer:

  • Global cuisine and fine dining
  • Alfresco seating and green courtyards
  • Art installations and street furniture
  • A seamless blend of work, leisure, and culture

The concept positions World St. as a cosmopolitan hub, catering to professionals, travellers, and city residents alike.

Global Brands Make India Debut

World St. will host major international F&B brands entering the Indian market:

  • Olive Garden, owned by Darden Restaurants, will make its India debut
  • Time Out Market will launch its first India outpost

The Time Out Market space will span 24,500 sq. ft., featuring:

  • 11 kitchens
  • Two full-service bars
  • A live performance stage
  • Private event spaces
  • Seating for over 500 guests

Designed as India’s ‘Dining Mile’

World St. is envisioned as a pedestrian-friendly, experience-driven destination, aiming to become one of India’s most visually engaging and socially active dining spaces.

Its design integrates:

  • Café culture and casual dining
  • Premium restaurants and bars
  • Open, walkable public spaces
