An announcement made on Thursday states that LT Apparel and Vonage will join Bell Works New Jersey’s “Campus,” the metroburb’s flexible leasing workspace option situated in Holmdel.

Teams can easily return to an office setting and keep a physical location in the 72,000 square foot workspace solution, which is a unique workspace community. Businesses at Campus have easy access to conference rooms, break-out areas, and a variety of dining and shopping options on the Block at Bell Works.

“Today’s businesses are looking for well-designed places that motivate and excite their staff to work together and share ideas. As they enter a space brimming with life at Bell Works, we observe that people arrive each day with enthusiasm, said Ralph Zucker, president of Inspired by Somerset Development, the developer of Bell Works.

Vonage, a global cloud communications leader helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation, will move its headquarters only a short distance away from its original roots in Holmdel to Campus, to further accommodate the changing needs of its team members. LT Apparel Group, a New York-based children’s clothing company whose portfolio includes Adidas Kids, Carhartt Kids and French Toast, will also occupy office space at Campus. LT Apparel’s headquarters will remain in New York City.
