In a grand move backed by a substantial £3 million investment, Beaverbrooks’ contemporary brand, Loupe, has opened its opulent second store in Croydon, South London. This 4,300 sq ft boutique, nestled in the Centrale Shopping Centre, promises an extravagant experience for patrons.
Among its highlights is a dedicated 900 sq ft Rolex showroom, accompanied by a Rolex Authorised Service Centre. The latter not only facilitates adjustments and repairs but also offers a client viewing area within the workshop, creating a unique behind-the-scenes experience.
Emphasizing the importance of immersive retail encounters, Loupe has incorporated an extensive hosting area, complete with its own bar. Adding a touch of exclusivity, the boutique features a secret private room, aptly named ‘The Drum,’ allowing clients to enjoy their personalized playlists through its media wall.
Anna Blackburn, the Managing Director of Beaverbrooks and Loupe, shares her anticipation for Loupe’s journey in 2024. With a strong focus on providing personal, immersive experiences in the luxury sector, Loupe aims to stand out by breaking conventions. The brand’s name itself signifies peering into a portal of a new world, magnifying craftsmanship and beauty, offering delightful luxuries for both new and existing clients.
The success of Loupe’s flagship boutique in Milton Keynes, open since June 2022, fuels the excitement for the new Croydon venture and sets the stage for further expansion. With an array of diamonds, contemporary fine jewelry, and immersive showrooms for prestigious watch brands, Loupe is poised to make 2024 a landmark year in the world of luxury retail.
