Indian wrestler Nisha Dahiya has teamed up with footwear company Bata’s main athletic brand Power to support her during the Olympic Games in Paris and supply her with training gear.

“We’re supporting Nisha as she competes globally in the Paris Olympics,” stated Deepika Deepti, head of marketing for Bata India, in a press statement. Her narrative of resiliency and inner fortitude perfectly captures Bata’s essence in Power. Our goal is to spread empowerment throughout India through easily accessible technology and inner strength. Every fitness enthusiast should be inspired to believe in themselves and be determined by us. Cheers to Nisha realizing her Olympic aspirations!

Power’s partnership with Dahiya is a component of its “Stronger Inside” ethos. According to Bata, Dahiya is the perfect example of the perseverance required for success because she overcame injury and many obstacles to get to the current Olympics.

A new campaign from Bata has Dahiya working out while sporting outfits from the Power Acti-wear and Power Energy Collection. The Bata direct-to-consumer e-commerce site, Power, and Bata stores, as well as online, sell the lightweight lines.

Dahiya told the Hindustan Times, “The Olympics have been a big dream, and the fact that I’m getting an opportunity now,” prior to flying to Paris for the Olympics. “I’ll accomplish something valuable there.”
