Michael Kors is pleased to announce the launch of the Spring/Summer 2024 Michael Kors Collection ad campaign, photographed in Capri, Italy, by renowned Dutch duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.

The new campaign stars Italian supermodel Vittoria Ceretti as she explores the idyllic island of Capri, Italy, one of Michael’s most beloved destinations, marking the first time the designer has shot his ad campaign there. Spotlighting images captured at La Fontelina and a luxe Italian villa along the Via Tragara, the striking visuals convey the allure of wanderlust and perfectly capture the collection’s theme of barefoot glamour.

“This season, we’re taking everyone on holiday,” says designer Michael Kors. “It’s about the transcendent joy of getting away. And for me, there’s nothing in the world like an escape to Capri, which has style, history and breathtaking nature.”

For Spring/Summer 2024, Kors captures a sense of streamlined romance in silhouettes that are short and leggy or soft and floor-sweeping, including fluid goddess gowns, side-slashed skirts and breezy caftans. Empire dresses raise the waistline, while flowing skirts of chiffon and lace elongate the body when paired with sleek bodysuits. Makeup tints, crisp black and white, and glimmering metallics are the featured tones of the campaign. Flat shoes, from barely there sandals to strappy gladiators, add to the air of effortlessness, underscored by an artisanal hand woven bucket bag that nods to the legendary style of Jane Birkin. Finally, to make every chic getaway a breeze, there’s a host of ready-to-travel messenger bags, shoulder bags and accessories.

The global campaign will debut on social media platforms, digital outlets and in traditional outdoor media placement, while print ads will run in select spring issues.
