Sobhita Dhulipala is a representative of a well-known ice cream company at the 77th Cannes Film Festival this year. And Sobhita was fast to follow when former Miss World and Indian movie star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made her yearly appearance at the Festival de Cannes, dazzled in a glittery costume for a Cannes marketing event.

Sobhita wore the purple Cordelia jumpsuit by famed designer Namrata Joshipura to the celebration. The clothing in issue costs INR 1,80,000 and is produced in India. It’s interesting to note that actress Athiya Shetty previously wore it.

“Taking my journey with Magnum a notch higher with the Cannes Film Festival is both exciting and symbolic of my relationship with the brand, where we progress alongside creating colorful memories,” she stated in a statement to a major website.

“This experience will allow me to create these moments of pleasure as this association is a perfect blend of fashion, film, and flavor,” Dhulipala said. Dhulipala attended the film festival in 2016 to promote her movie, Raman Raghav 2.0.

Tuesday night marked the opening of Quentin Dupieux’s “Le Deuxième Acte” (The Second Act), which starred Lea Seydoux, Vincent Lindon, Louis Garrel, and Raphael Quenard in a cast of legendary proportions.

During the pomp and circumstance of the premiere, Meryl Streep received the honorary Palme d’Or. On May 25th, the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will come to an end. It is anticipated that Aditi Rao Hydari will walk the Cannes red carpet in addition to Sobhita and Aishwarya.
