Beyond elite results, ASICS strengthened its presence at the Cognizant New Delhi Marathon 2026 through a comprehensive runner engagement strategy. The ASICS House served as a post-race recovery and interaction zone, offering runners a space for relaxation, reflection and feedback. The brand also activated a Motivation Zone along the course, where members of the ASICS Run Club supported participants, reinforcing the role of mental resilience and community encouragement in long-distance running.
Commenting on the event, Rajat Khurana, Managing Director, ASICS India and South Asia, noted that India’s running ecosystem is steadily shifting from mass participation to performance-driven outcomes. He emphasised ASICS’ commitment to holistic athlete development, guided by the brand’s “Sound Mind, Sound Body” philosophy, and acknowledged the inspiring efforts of Kartik Karkera and Bhagirathi.
Marking its third consecutive association with the marathon, ASICS reiterated its long-term focus on building a structured and sustainable running culture in India. Through continued investment in elite athletes, community platforms and innovation-led performance gear, the brand remains a key contributor to the country’s evolving distance-running movement.
