ALVA Industries has appointed Matteo Stagni as Sales Director for Europe and Asia. The appointment strengthens the company’s commercial presence across two key markets.
ALVA Industries is a manufacturer of frameless motors and the creator of FiberPrinting™ technology. As the company expands in Europe and Asia, Stagni will support its commercial growth and relationships with OEM customers.
Matteo Stagni to Strengthen OEM Customer Relations
Based in Germany, Stagni brings more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Europe and the United States. His career covers motion control, robotics, automation and B2B sales.
He also has extensive experience working with OEM customers. Therefore, his technical and commercial background will help manufacturers identify motor solutions for their specific applications.
In his new role, Stagni will focus on developing customer relationships across Europe and Asia. He will also support manufacturers from early technical discussions through to long-term partnerships.

ALVA Expands Its Frameless Motor Portfolio
Stagni’s appointment will further strengthen ALVA’s support for OEM customers in Europe and Asia. His role will connect customer requirements with the company’s range of frameless motor solutions.
The portfolio includes SlimTorq™ and GearTorq™. These solutions are designed for applications that require compact and specialised motor technologies.
With its strengthened commercial team, ALVA aims to build closer relationships with manufacturers while expanding the reach of its motor solutions across Europe and Asia.
