Ajmera Fashion Ltd., one of Surat’s leading textile companies, has partnered with Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav 2026 as a Textile Partner ahead of the Surat Launch scheduled for 4 July 2026 at the YPD World Convention Centre. Organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), the event is set to become one of India’s largest multi-sector business exhibitions.

The initiative supports Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat, with a focus on strengthening domestic manufacturing, empowering MSMEs, and showcasing Indian enterprises on a global platform. The programme is backed by various Central Government ministries and departments, along with Smriti Irani, former Union Cabinet Minister, and Praveen Khandelwal, Member of Parliament and Secretary General of CAIT.

Ajmera Fashion Ltd., under the leadership of Founder and CEO Ajay Ajmera, views the partnership as an opportunity to reinforce Surat’s position as one of India’s leading textile hubs. The company aims to encourage greater participation from the city’s manufacturers, traders, and weavers while supporting the broader objective of promoting Indian manufacturing globally.

Commenting on the association, Ajay Ajmera, Founder and CEO of Ajmera Fashion Ltd., said, “Surat is known as a city of possibilities, and Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav 2026 has given us a platform to display our capabilities before the entire nation. We are proud to be associated as a Textile Partner in an initiative that represents the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat. Surat has clothed the nation for decades, and now it is time for our textile industry to show its strength at an event of global stature. I invite every manufacturer, trader, and weaver of Surat to come and join us at the Surat Launch on 4th July. Let us rise together and make our city the face of this national movement.”

The Surat Launch will mark the beginning of the lead-up to Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav 2026, which will take place from 12 to 15 August 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The exhibition is expected to bring together textile manufacturers, exporters, traders, and industry stakeholders from India and around the world.
