According to a recent study by international scholars, AI-driven solutions have the potential to improve the fast fashion industry’s commercial and environmental performance. According to a study by David Grant of UNSW Business School, climate service innovation models powered by AI have the potential to increase energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and encourage the use of renewable energy sources.

Fast fashion, which employs 75 million people and has a $2.5 trillion market valuation, is a major contributor to global emissions, making up 10% of all emissions. An AI framework can help mitigate climate hazards by collecting and analyzing enormous data sets and applying a systematic approach to the environment, infrastructure, and market.

For the purpose of gathering data for the survey “Unleashing the Power of Artificial Intelligence for Climate Action in Industrial Markets,” 211 managers from manufacturing companies in Bangladesh that have utilised AI-powered climate service solutions were questioned. Artificial intelligence (AI) breakthroughs have the potential to reduce environmental impact, improve energy efficiency, manage climate risks.
