Generative artificial intelligence is being adopted by tech-driven True Fit “to help consumers find the perfect fit and solve retailers’ online fit challenges.”

Fit Hub was introduced with the promise of synthesizing all fit and size data from Product Description Pages (PDPs) of merchants, including user-generated content personal sizing suggestions, product reviews, sales and returns, size charts, and product details.

After that, it combines the knowledge from True Fit’s Fashion Genome “the world’s largest connected apparel dataset comprising 82 million shoppers and 29,000 brands”—with these AI-generated size signals.

Fit and size experts are using AI more and more due to the obvious advantages the technology provides. Makip has only just shown a significant advancement in AI this month. “Incomparably accurate fit recommendations in one place on the retailer’s PDP, removing fit-friction and size uncertainty from shoppers’ buying journeys, to improve conversions & loyalty,”
