According to Accenture, clients can receive hyper-personalised experiences from emerging AI tools, which boosts customer loyalty. In the upcoming years, conversational AI is anticipated to be increasingly adopted by consumers as they seek to make purchasing decisions easier.

According to a recent Accenture poll, 74% of consumers gave up on purchases in the final quarter of 2023 because they felt overwhelmed. Even with initiatives to improve customer experiences, 71% of respondents think it’s getting more difficult to decide what to buy.

Although 51% of consumers are interested to embracing conversational AI, 73% of consumers feel overwhelmed by the number of options available. Search is becoming more transparent and meaningful thanks to generative AI.

In order to stay relevant in the future, companies need to build deep and hyper-personalized relationships quickly. Generative AI technology will play a key role in enabling companies to do this on a scale never seen before.
