adidas Originals opens the next chapter of its iconic Superstar story for Spring 2026, reaffirming the sneaker’s status as The Original Icon of self-expression, authenticity and timeless style. Originally created for basketball and embraced by streetwear pioneers, the Superstar continues to evolve with every generation that wears it.

The new global campaign marks the return of Samuel L. Jackson, who leads a symbolic search for his Superstars. Along the way, he encounters a cross-generational lineup of cultural trailblazers including JENNIE, Kendall Jenner, Lamine Yamal, Baby Keem, James Harden, Tyshawn Jones and Olivia Dean, each representing how the Superstar moves culture forward without being defined by time.

Set in the surreal, cinematic world of Hotel Superstar and directed by Thibaut Grevet, the film unfolds through endless corridors and individual rooms that reflect each icon’s creativity and influence. The narrative leaves the idea of time behind entirely, reinforcing the Superstar as a symbol that remains relevant across eras, disciplines and identities.

For Spring 2026, adidas Originals refreshes the Superstar aesthetic through refined tones, textures and modern tailoring. Classic black and white palettes are energised with bold red accents across apparel. The men’s collection features relaxed tracksuits, colour-blocked 3-Stripes designs, denim shorts, tees and jacquard jerseys, highlighting the brand’s growing focus on denim. The women’s range reimagines the track jacket through structured silhouettes, faux leather and crochet, blending sport and street seamlessly.

Rolling out globally, the Superstar Spring 2026 campaign will be supported by integrated digital storytelling, coordinated brand activations and immersive in-person experiences, reinforcing the sneaker’s enduring cultural impact.
