Ace Turtle, India’s tech-driven retail enterprise transforming consumer experiences, has appointed Alok Dubey as Chief Business Officer. The company aims to reinforce leadership as it enters a rapid expansion phase.
Key Responsibilities
Dubey will oversee the business vertical for Lee® and Wrangler® in India and selected South Asian markets. He will directly report to CEO Nitin Chhabra, ensuring strong strategic alignment.
Extensive Retail and Brand Expertise
Dubey, an IIM Bangalore alumnus, brings over 30 years of leadership experience. He has previously worked with Apparel Group, Reliance Brands, Arvind Fashions, Swatch Group, and Titan.
During his 18-year tenure at Arvind Fashions, he scaled US Polo Assn and Flying Machine into major profitable brands across India. Moreover, at Reliance Brands, he turned around Gas Jeans and Vision Express. Recently, he served as CEO at Apparel Group India, handling Beverly Hills Polo Club and R&B.

Additionally, last month, the company expanded its portfolio by adding Amsterdam-based G-STAR, alongside existing iconic brands Lee and Wrangler.
