For its field employees and shop managers in the Indian market, the footwear company Bata India has released a new AI-driven software. The app is made to simplify the visual merchandising and retail deployment processes at Bata India.

Abhinav Sharan, head of retail marketing and visual merchandising at Bata India, commented on Linkedin, “We recently launched first in-country visual merchandising app powered by artificial intelligence.” Store managers can access campaign data using the app’s management features and apply it to their local outlet.

The software allows Bata shop managers to plan and execute marketing initiatives that adhere to the brand’s standards. Through a gamified experience, they may also monitor their performance. The current headquarters of Bata, which was first established in 1894, are in Switzerland. ‘Bata India’ was the name under which Bata was incorporated in India in 1931, and ever since, the nation has seen the brand’s footwear business grow.
