DÜSSELDORF – German fashion retailer C&A has become part of the Microfibre 2030 Commitment, where it will contribute to research into fibre fragmentation by testing the release of microfibres during domestic laundering of a minimum eight fabrics per year.

The tests will be conducted following a quantitative methodology developed by The Micro fibre Consortium, and executed by the initiative’s partner laboratory, Intertek.
