Campus Activewear Challenges Workplace Norms with Vicky Kaushal

The new ‘Move Your Way’ campaign uses workplace humour to explore ambition, personal boundaries and individuality among young professionals.

Campus Activewear has launched its latest integrated campaign featuring Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal. The campaign continues the brand’s ‘Move Your Way’ philosophy and explores how a new generation is approaching work and ambition.

Set against a familiar corporate backdrop, the campaign uses humour to highlight everyday workplace situations. It looks at Sunday work calls, office expectations and the need to make time for personal interests.

The campaign centres on the thought, “One bold move can move the world your way.” It will run across television, OTT and digital platforms. Creator-led content will further extend the campaign.

Campus Brings Workplace Situations to Life

The campaign focuses on the gap between professional duties and personal priorities. Through a light-hearted exchange between an employee and his boss, Campus explores what happens when employees question traditional workplace expectations.

The campaign film features Vicky Kaushal as Rohit, an employee with his own approach to a Sunday meeting. Instead of leaving his weekend interests behind, Rohit brings them into the workplace.

From pottery and fitness to an unexpected party, his actions leave his boss increasingly frustrated. However, when the boss accuses his generation of having no boundaries, Rohit turns the argument around.

He points out that if he has to come to the office on a Sunday, he might as well bring his Sunday activities with him. The film ends with Rohit walking away with his friends, wearing Campus footwear.

‘Move Your Way’ Promotes Self-Expression

Commenting on the campaign, Gaurav Sharma, Chief Marketing Officer, Campus Activewear, said:

“‘Move Your Way’ has always been about self-expression. With this film, we’re taking it somewhere braver: the right to draw your own lines. Young India is redefining ambition on its own terms, and Campus wants to stand right beside them. Our new identity reflects that same energy- bolder and more confident, as we move into the next chapter of the brand.”

The campaign also features Vicky Kaushal sharing his experience of playing Rohit.

“I like how Campus has taken a familiar part of everyday life and given it a fun, unexpected twist. Rohit is unapologetically himself, and playing him was enjoyable because he brings humour to situations many people will recognise from their own workplaces. The film captures the spirit of ‘Move Your Way’ in a light-hearted manner, without taking itself too seriously.”

Campus Introduces a New Visual Identity

The campaign also marks the debut of Campus’ new visual identity. The identity draws from the brand’s ‘Move Your Way’ philosophy.

Its dynamic lines and outward-facing arrows represent movement, individuality, freedom and self-direction. They also reflect the idea that people can choose different paths to growth and self-expression.

As a result, the new identity supports Campus’ focus on a generation that wants to define its own journey.

Creators Join the ‘Move Your Way’ Conversation

Campus is also expanding the campaign through creator-led content. The brand is inviting creators to share their views on work, ambition, weekends, personal interests and workplace boundaries.

The content will draw from everyday experiences and encourage audiences to share their own interpretation of ‘Move Your Way’. Through this approach, Campus aims to build a wider cultural conversation around individuality and personal choice.

The campaign will use #MoveYourWay across social platforms.
