Registration is now open for Spring Fair 2027, the UK’s leading retail trade show. The event will take place at NEC Birmingham from 7 to 10 February 2027.
The four-day show will bring together more than 40,000 retailers and over 1,500 brands and suppliers. Buyers from across the retail industry will gather to source products and discover new ranges for the year ahead.
The show covers several categories. These include home, gift, fashion, garden, beauty, food, licensing and everyday retail.
Five Content Stages to Drive Retail Insights
Spring Fair 2027 will offer more than product discovery. Across four days, more than 130 retail leaders and experts will speak across five dedicated content stages.
Together, the stages will offer more than 60 hours of free education, insight and inspiration. Topics will include the future of retail, fashion trends, design, buying, merchandising, social commerce and licensing.
Fay Tranter, Event Director of Spring Fair said, “Spring Fair has always been about discovery, but in 2027 we’re going further. We’ve reimagined the content programme with five specialist stages, expanded Licensing, introduced dedicated Gift and Fashion Edits to expand the product offering, and created more spaces for buyers to connect, exchange ideas and plan for what’s next. From high-level retail conversations and practical masterclasses to fashion, design and licensing insight, the programme is built to give every visitor something they can take back to their business. We want buyers to leave with new ideas, new products, new contacts and a clearer sense of where retail is heading.”
Heart of Retail Stage | Hall 5
The Heart of Retail Stage will sit at the centre of the 2027 programme.
The stage will focus on key issues facing the retail industry. Influential retail leaders will share their experiences through one-to-one conversations.
These sessions will explore business decisions, major changes and the resilience needed to navigate the retail market.
Style Studio | Hall 2
The Style Studio will focus on fashion retail through live showcases, styling insights and brand-led experiences.
The programme will help buyers discover emerging brands and identify new trends. It will also explore the future direction of fashion retail.
Design Studio | Hall 6
At the Design Studio, interiors, architecture and retail thinking will come together.
The programme will explore how design influences the way people live, shop and experience spaces. Material-led showcases will add a practical dimension to the sessions.
The Design destination will feature lighting, ceramics, textiles, furniture and other design-led products. It will also include insights from the interiors community.
Masterclass Studio | Hall 3
The Masterclass Studio will focus on practical retail strategies.
Sessions will cover buying, merchandising, social media and customer experience. Retailers will gain practical tools and ideas that they can apply to their businesses.
As a result, the programme will help visitors turn new ideas into action.
Licensing Studio | Hall 5
The Licensing Studio, in partnership with Total Licensing, will bring brands, creators and intellectual property together.
The expanded licensing destination will cover more than 800 square metres in Hall 5. It will create new opportunities for retailers to explore licensing and build commercial connections.
The destination will sit alongside the Gift Edit, Gift of the Year Showcase, Kids, Toy & Play, and Food & Drink sectors.
