Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Autumn Edition 2026 is set to return from 18 to 20 August at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), bringing together global exhibitors, innovative product launches and a comprehensive programme of design-focused events. The exhibition will offer buyers an expanded sourcing platform featuring new exhibitors across bedding, upholstery, sofa fabrics and wall décor, alongside trend presentations and business networking opportunities.
Commenting on the upcoming edition, Wilmet Shea, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, said the event reflects the evolving dynamics of the global home textiles sector by presenting innovative materials, sustainable solutions and forward-looking design concepts that help businesses identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
The bedding segment will welcome several new exhibitors, including The Cozynest Company from South Korea, showcasing its All-in-One Quilt, EarthWool Series and Bio-Cotton Series, and Portugal’s Antonio Salgado & Ca Lda, known for premium jacquard home textiles produced using organic cotton, European flax linen, wool and other sustainable fibres. Additional exhibitors from China will also present a range of bedding innovations.
In the upholstery and sofa fabrics category, Taiwan-based Green City Textile Co Ltd will introduce cooling-yarn fabrics, pet-friendly textiles and solvent-free synthetic leather collections featuring water-repellent and stain-resistant properties. New Tex Cambodia Weaving & Dyeing Technology Co Ltd will highlight its integrated weaving and dyeing capabilities, serving international textile supply chains from its manufacturing facility in Cambodia.
The wall décor segment will feature companies including Shaoxing Suxiang Decoration Materials Co Ltd, unveiling seamless textile wall coverings designed for enhanced durability and aesthetics, while Hangzhou Cyan Stone Trading Co Ltd will present an extensive portfolio spanning wallpapers, curtains, home furnishings, decorative art, lighting and home fragrances.
Alongside the exhibition, the fair’s refreshed fringe programme, themed Palette, Connector, Go-Green, NextGen, will focus on trend forecasting, sustainability, technology and market expansion. A dedicated trend area will explore the intersection of textile craftsmanship, circularity, material innovation and digital technologies through immersive design concepts.
Key highlights include a trend presentation by Cécile Rosenstrauch, Global Creative Director at NellyRodi™, discussions on urban regeneration and circularity led by Shen Lei, a Designers’ Tour hosted by Byron Lee, Founder of Order Studio, and a seminar by Adriano Tadeu Barbosa exploring business opportunities in Latin America.
Additional sessions, including the Furniture & Home Textiles Go Global Summit, will examine international expansion strategies, business matchmaking opportunities and the growing influence of AI and digital technologies on textile manufacturing.
