ARKS Appoints Dhruv Mathur as CEO, Announces Leadership Transition
ARKS has announced a planned leadership transition with the appointment of Dhruv Mathur as its Chief Executive Officer. The move marks a new chapter for the premium lifestyle brand as Co-founder and CEO Abhinav Verma steps down from his executive role after helping establish and scale the business.
Having played an integral role in the company’s growth and operations, Dhruv Mathur brings extensive institutional knowledge and a deep understanding of the organisation as he assumes the leadership position.
Abhinav Verma has been instrumental in shaping ARKS since its inception, defining the brand’s strategic direction, building its operational framework and driving its growth into one of India’s emerging premium lifestyle brands. He will continue to work closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
