Neeman’s Appoints Anjali Sachdeva as Merchandising Director

Footwear and lifestyle brand Neeman’s has announced the appointment of Anjali Sachdeva as its new Director of Buying & Merchandising. Bringing more than 15 years of experience in buying, merchandising, category management, assortment planning, and retail strategy, she will support the company’s continued expansion across multiple channels.

Sachdeva joins Neeman’s after serving as Senior Manager, Buying & Merchandising at adidas India, where she oversaw buying and merchandising functions across the brand’s retail, franchise, and e-commerce operations. Her professional background also includes leadership roles at Bata India and Koutons Retail India, giving her extensive expertise in merchandising, sourcing, inventory management, category development, and go-to-market execution.

In her new role, she will oversee buying and merchandising activities across Neeman’s retail, online, and B2B businesses. Her responsibilities will include merchandise planning, assortment strategy, sourcing, inventory optimisation, and enhancing collaboration across the supply chain.
