Wiliot has announced an expanded collaboration with AT&T to accelerate the deployment of Physical AI solutions across enterprise supply chains, addressing growing demand for real-time visibility and intelligent operational systems.

The collaboration formalises a systems integration and device certification model aimed at enabling large-scale deployments, network operations, and future data service commercialisation for AT&T customers globally.

As enterprises increasingly digitise supply chain operations, the need for continuous item-level tracking and visibility has become a major priority. Wiliot’s Physical AI platform provides a sensing and intelligence layer using battery-free IoT Pixels capable of capturing real-time data related to location, temperature, and asset movement. AT&T will provide network infrastructure, cellular connectivity, deployment support, and operational management to help scale these systems across enterprise environments.

The companies are also advancing certification of Wiliot ecosystem gateway devices on AT&T’s network, which is expected to support more seamless connectivity and standardised deployment across supply chain operations.

According to Amir Khoshniyati, Physical AI depends on continuous real-world data and requires strong deployment expertise, network infrastructure, and certified device ecosystems to scale effectively. He stated that the collaboration strengthens Wiliot’s ability to expand Physical AI networks globally while supporting future data-as-a-service opportunities for AT&T customers.

Since late 2025, AT&T has been supporting installation, asset tagging, maintenance, and operational deployment across multiple enterprise projects involving retailers, food and beverage companies, and quick-service restaurant operators.

Wiliot currently works with a majority of Fortune 50 companies engaged in active supply chain initiatives. Its platform is now deployed across tens of thousands of sites worldwide and is approaching hundreds of millions of actively tracked assets.

According to the companies, deployments using Wiliot’s Physical AI platform have improved inventory accuracy to over 99 percent, reduced dock-to-stock timelines from 24–48 hours to as little as 2–6 hours, lowered receiving labour requirements by up to 50 percent, and reduced shipment errors and lost packages significantly.

Lee Wagner stated that enterprises are increasingly seeking actionable physical-world data in addition to connectivity. He added that the collaboration enables AT&T to integrate item-level Physical AI intelligence into its enterprise services ecosystem.

The collaboration aligns with AT&T’s broader strategy to expand beyond traditional connectivity services into AI-powered enterprise data solutions. By combining Wiliot’s battery-free sensing technology with AT&T’s deployment and infrastructure capabilities, the partnership aims to create scalable real-time supply chain intelligence systems across retail, logistics, distribution, and industrial environments.
