Aditi Toys Pvt. Ltd. has surpassed the ₹100 crore revenue milestone and introduced its flagship intellectual property ‘Chanak’ at its Annual Distribution Meet 2026, marking a strategic shift toward brand-led growth and international expansion. The event brought together over 180 distributors from across India, highlighting the company’s expanding nationwide presence.

The introduction of ‘Chanak’ signals Aditi Toys’ entry into original IP development, with ambitions to create a globally recognised Indian character rooted in culture and storytelling. Inspired by the legacy of Chanakya, the character is positioned as a modern, intelligent toy designed to connect with contemporary consumers while competing with established global brands.

Commenting on the development, Subhash Balubhai Zala, Founder & Director at Aditi Toys Pvt. Ltd, Aditi Toys, said, “Crossing the ₹100 crore milestone is a defining moment for us. With the launch of ‘Chanak’, we are building more than just a product line—we are creating India’s own intellectual property with global potential. Backed by strong manufacturing capabilities and a clear focus on innovation and brand building, we are confident of scaling our presence in both domestic and international markets.”

The company has recorded a strong 45% year-on-year growth, supported by a distribution network of over 180 partners and a retail footprint across more than 15,000 stores nationwide. Its portfolio currently includes over 280 SKUs, with plans to introduce 100+ new products this year across segments such as baby products, ride-on toys, electric toys, die-cast models, and premium categories. The company is also preparing for a future IPO as part of its long-term growth strategy.

Expanding its global footprint, Aditi Toys has already initiated operations in Dubai and the wider Middle East region, with plans to enter the United States and European markets. This growth will be supported by its newly operational manufacturing facility in Gujarat.

Located in Anandpar Village near Rajkot, the facility spans approximately 2,25,000 square feet and has been developed with an investment exceeding ₹100 crore. With a production capacity of up to 30,000 toys per day, the plant features advanced automation, in-house tooling, and testing capabilities, while adhering to global compliance standards such as SEDEX and Walmart FCCA audits. The facility employs over 900 individuals, with nearly 70% of the workforce comprising women, reflecting a strong focus on inclusive growth and empowerment initiatives.

Speaking on the manufacturing expansion, Subhash Balubhai Zala, Founder & Director at Aditi Toys Pvt. Ltd. added, “Our Gujarat facility positions us as a globally competitive manufacturing player, enabling us to scale efficiently while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. It also reinforces our commitment to the ‘Make in India’ vision and contributes meaningfully to local employment and the regional MSME ecosystem.”

Arvind Balubhai Zala, Founder & Director – Finance & Factory Operations, stated:
“Through the combination of strong financial planning and efficient factory operations, we have been able to streamline our production processes and make them more cost-effective. This approach enables us to scale while consistently maintaining quality. At the same time, we are investing in technology and skill development to build a future-ready manufacturing ecosystem, strengthening the company’s long-term growth and sustainability.”

The company has also secured ₹36 crore in recent funding, which will be directed toward technological upgrades, premium product development, and brand-building initiatives centred around ‘Chanak’. With a defined strategic roadmap, strong manufacturing infrastructure, and a growing focus on IP creation, Aditi Toys is positioning itself as a competitive player in the global toy industry.

Transitioning from a product-centric model to a brand and IP-driven approach, the company is entering a new phase of growth that integrates innovation, scale, and storytelling—potentially reshaping the future of India’s toy sector.
